ปี 2026 นี้ World Migratory Bird Day 2026 (วันนกอพยพโลก) มาในธีม
“Every Bird Counts – Your Observations Matter!”
(นกทุกตัวมีค่า – การสังเกตของคุณมีความหมาย!)
เพราะเชื่อว่าข้อมูลจากทุกคนคือจิ๊กซอว์ชิ้นสำคัญที่ช่วยให้นักวิทยาศาสตร์และผู้วางนโยบายเข้าใจเส้นทางการบินของนกได้ดีขึ้น
ยิ่งไปกว่านั้น ปีนี้ยังเป็นปีที่พิเศษสุดๆ เพราะครบรอบ 60 ปี ของการสำรวจนกน้ำสากล (IWC) อีกด้วย!

Moreover, 2026 is an extra special year as we celebrate the 60th Anniversary of the International Waterbird Census (IWC)!
BCST and our partners invite you to be a part of this epic global journey. Every observation you make is a powerful force in keeping their flyways safe. 🕊️🤝
On May 9th, don’t forget to go out and count the birds near your home! Record what you find by simply:
- Reporting your bird sightings on May 9, 2026.
- Submitting your observations via the eBird application. (If you’d like to share your data with the Bird Conservation Society of Thailand, feel free to share your checklist with the account: “BCST Thailand”)
